Mike Estey
Executive Coach & Founder
Business coach and consultant who helps entrepreneurs escape the daily grind and build businesses that work for them, not the other way around.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration, Mike climbed the corporate ladder into senior roles in account and project management. From the outside, it looked like success. But deep down, he craved something more, something real, something he could build with his own hands.
That drive led him to start and grow a successful landscape construction and trucking company, which he ran for eight years. From residential work to large-scale commercial builds, Mike experienced the full rollercoaster of entrepreneurship, wearing all the hats, managing the chaos, and learning what truly works through hands-on experience.
After systemizing the business and successfully selling, Mike spent the next seven years coaching and consulting with a respected firm. There, he honed his approach to helping business owners fast-track results, avoid painful missteps, and hit their goals faster and more confidently.
Today, Mike brings all of that experience to his clients. His coaching is practical, proven, and focused on helping business owners implement smart systems, lead high-performing teams, and build businesses they’re genuinely proud of.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Mike off the beaten path, hiking Vancouver Island’s rugged trails with his partner Julie or exploring BC’s wild backroads in search of the next great outdoor adventure.
Julie Tremblay
Business Operations
With a background in interior design and over 20 years of experience in administration, Julie brings both creativity and structure to everything she does. Her work has spanned roles in construction, engineering, and nonprofit, where she’s become the go-to for document control, process development, and program training.
In her dual role as Documentation Specialist and Member Success Lead, she focuses on building the internal tools and structures that support great results. She ensures everything behind the scenes is organized, efficient, and easy to follow so the team can focus on doing their best work and clients receive a consistent experience.
Whether mapping a workflow, refining a system, or putting out a fire before anyone even notices, she’s the one making sure everything runs the way it should.
Outside of work, Julie finds balance and inspiration in nature and discovery. Whether she’s on a trail, camping off-grid, or exploring new corners of the world, she’s always drawn to great design, cozy cafés, and the stories behind the spaces.
